Sticky Caramel Corn
This is best when you use an air popper because the popcorn is crisper that way.
1/2 cup butter
1-2 cups brown sugar
1/2 bag of marshmallows
1 large bowl of plain popped popcorn
Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan. Then add the brown sugar a little at a time until it is well blended into it. Start adding marshmallows slowly until you thicken it up a bit. When it's a bit thicker than caramel, but thinner than the marshmallow goo for Rice Krispy Treats, it's done. Pour over the popcorn, stirring it so it spreads everywhere.
While it's still warm, if you wish, you can roll it into balls and make little 'on the go' snacks for later.
